Umi is located along Gaien Nishi-dori, 3 to 4-minute walk from Gaienmae Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line. Since the restaurant name is only small on the brownish wall, you could pass over. The third generation, Mr. Ryujiro Nakamura, is currently the chief chef, but Mr. Mitsuyasu Nagano, who was the predecessor of the previous generation, was the one who led Mr.Amamoto of "Azumabu Amamoto," which was introduced earlier, to become a sushi chef. Kimura

6-minute walk from Futakotamagawa Station, "Kimura" stands in a residential area and suddenly won two stars in the 2013 Michelin Guide. Suddenly gaining 2 stars made it a famous store, but in reality it is a famous store that people do not want to know. Tighten it with salt or let it age for a long time, and you'll have all the ingredients you've added. For that reason, they do not dare to put tuna that is easy to mature. You can enjoy different types of fish with individuality by mainly handling white fish whose taste is difficult to understand when they are fresh. The menu is a set of 8 sushi for lunch (5,000 yen), a selection of 15 sushi (10,000 yen), a course of about 17 sushi and 5 knobs (15,000 yen). At night, it is only a course of about 17 pieces of grip and about 5 knobs (15,000 yen). I'm glad that you can enjoy it at a relatively low price both day and night.

There is only 6 seats at the counter seats, so it is strictly forbidden to take photos late, so it's easy for everyone to get nervous and tense, but the owner is not at all difficult. Rather, he is an interesting person. It's true that while you're squeezing, you're so focused that you don't talk a lot, but if you're not, just speak normally. We are proud of Shizuoka's finest wasabi with a crisp and intense flavor and fresh scent that cooks according to the reservation time. There are only menus that you can only squeeze in the daytime (about 25,000 yen), and courses that you can have squeeze in the night (about 35,000 yen).
